Bonifac is from Budapest, Hungary and graduated from the Eotvos Lorand University with an MSc in Chemistry. His undergraduate research projects focused on the field of vibrational spectroscopy, investigating small biomolecules. Bonifac joined the Ashbrook Group in November 2016, to undertake a PhD on the investigation of industrial catalysts by solid state NMR in collaboration with SASOL.
