James is in his 4th year of a BSc Medicinal Chemistry degree, working with Dr Iain Smellie on the synthesis of isotopically enriched metal-organic framework linkers. This project is collaboration with the Ashbrook group, and the Morris group.

In his spare time James enjoys playing football, cooking and watching films.
